Solar for homes and villas
Residential on-grid solar can reduce grid purchases during daylight and may qualify for residential subsidy under applicable rules. Hybrid configurations add selected backup capability but are not automatically subsidy-eligible.
Solar for commercial properties
Offices and other daytime-load properties can consume a high share of solar generation directly. Proposals should compare actual load, tariff, roof area and equipment rather than rely on generic payback promises.
Survey and approval
The survey should cover shade, structure, cable routing, fire access, earthing, inverter location and the serving distribution-company requirements.
- Review twelve months of bills where available
- Confirm sanctioned load and connection category
- Document roof rights and access
- Verify net-metering requirements before procurement
